The County of Morris, in cooperation with the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority, the New Jersey Department of Transportation, and the Federal Highway Administration, hosted a Public Information Center meeting to inform local residents, officials, businesses and the general public of the Freight Concept Development Study that aims to identify ways to eliminate several at-grade crossings on the Dover & Rockaway Railroad located between the Township of Rockaway and the Town of Dover.
The purpose of the Public Information Center meeting was to inform the public of the project study and to solicit public input and comment towards the project purpose and need. This meeting was conducted in conformance with Federal and State regulations. The public was invited and encouraged to comment on the study.

Time: 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. – Come at any time (brief presentation at 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.)
Place: Salvation Army Community Center 76 North Bergen Street, Dover, NJ
